Vegan pizza for a lazy girl

 Lazy pizza act 1

- A pita bread
- Sun-dried tomato and olive spread (sunflower kitchen)
- Basil pesto (sunflower kitchen)
- A few of thin sliced onion and tomato
- A sliced mushroom
- Tempeh (thinly sliced)
- Sliced baby spinach leaves
- Nutritional yeast
- Daiya mozzarella cheese

Put all the ingredients on the pita bread, put in the oven for 10-15min at 350° F (180°C)

It's ready to eat ! Enjoy !
You can also adapt this recipe and make your own pizza. Be creative, even for the lazy days ;p
